WHO IS “L’UNICO”?
Fabio was born in Ascoli Piceno – Marche Italy.
Fabio’s passion for cooking began when he was 14 years old when he started going to culinary school.
At the age of 16 together with his family, he opens his first restaurant. Over the next 5 years Fabio was able to experiment in creating new and unique Italian dishes.
After this experience, Fabio decided to travel all over Italy to learn and work with some of the most talented Chefs in restaurants with Michelin stars.
In 2006 Fabio decided it was time to share his passion of Italian food in Australia working in different and well known restaurants in Sydney. During his first year in Sydney, Fabio met his wife Daniela who encouraged Fabio to open up his very own restaurant.
